September 9th Meetup
David Chelimsky of Object Mentor presented on Behavior-Driven Development using rSpec and led a hands-on coding session/tutorial.
David started with an introduction on Behavior-Driven Development. As the maintainer of rSpec, David Chelimsky was able to hilight the philosohpy behind rSpec’s syntax and features. It was especially interesting to hear the reasons behind the syntax changes between various releases. We also spent the last part of the meeting working through the Master Mind tutorial that David Astels developed for Ruby and rSpec in pairs.
The presentation slides and “Master Mind” tutorial are available for download below.
There were 8 people present at the September meetup.
